1. Welcome to Wild Fringe! By using my website and purchasing my products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1.1 About Wild.Fringe
Wild.Fringe creates handcrafted concrete home décor and jewellery. Each piece is made with care, using sustainable practices and small-batch production
1.2 Products & Descriptions
All items are handmade, so slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural and part of their unique charm. I do my best to accurately describe and photograph my products, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
1.3. Orders
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders are made to order unless otherwise stated. Please allow processing time as noted on website page.
1.4 Shipping
I currently ship within the UK. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. Once dispatched, Wild.Fringe is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping provider.
1.5 Custom Orders
Custom or personalised items are non-refundable. We’ll always do our best to bring your vision to life, but once confirmed, custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
1.6 Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including product designs, photos, text, and branding, is the property of Wild.Fringe and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
1.7 Privacy
I respect your privacy. Your personal information is used solely to process your orders and communicate with you about your purchase or future newsletters if you subscribe to this service. I will never sell or share your data.

2. Refunds and Returns
2.1 At Wild.Fringe, each item is handmade with care and intention. Because of the made-to-order nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.
2.2 Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days of receiving your item at contactus@wildfringe.co.ukwith clear photos of the damage. I’ll either offer a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
2.3 Custom Orders:
Custom and personalised pieces are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please review all details carefully before placing your custom order.
2.4 Change of Mind:
Unfortunately, I cannot offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases due to the handmade nature of our items.
2.5 Jewellery:
For hygiene reasons I am not able to offer refunds on earrings and jewellery.
